Len and Diane welcome you and your family, including pets, to our friendly neighborhood. Shady Oaks is situated on 18 acres of beautiful shady oak trees, palm trees, 2 ponds and wild life.  Free boat docking is across Highway 35 at Cove Harbor.  

Shady Oaks has 200 sites with full hookups including free wi-fi.  Some amenities include heated pool, rec hall, pool table, exercise equipment, library, & kitchen.   For the winter Texans we offer many fun activities such as bingo, bunco, pool aerobics, crafts, potluck, meals, jam sessions, music, picnics
AND MUCH MORE.




We are located 3 miles south of Rockport on Smokehouse Road.  There is a back entrance on Balderee Lane.  Highway 188 is 2 1/4 miles south of us.


Rates for Sites:  
Permanent rates:   Live in:   $230/mo.     Weekender: $215/mo.    Winter Texan: $200/mo. 
Monthly rates for  Winter Texans:  1 or 2 months:  $260/mo.   3 or more mo.  : $245/mo.   
Weekly rates   $125   Electricity  $.15/kw 
Daily rates  $25/day including utilities  
11 cabins/studios - rates range from $65/night to $85/night      $350 to $400/weekly $650 to $850/mo.
