Len and Diane welcome you and your family, including pets, to our friendly neighborhood. Shady Oaks is situated on 18 acres of beautiful shady oak trees, palm trees, 2 ponds and wild life. Free boat docking is across Highway 35 at Cove Harbor.
Shady Oaks has 200 sites with full hookups including free wi-fi. Some amenities include heated pool W/SPA, rec hall, pool table,sewing room, exercise equipment, library, & kitchen. For the winter Texans we offer many fun activities such as bingo, bunco, pool aerobics, crafts, potluck, meals, jam sessions, music, picnics
